What are natural ways to even skin tone? Has anyone heard of the skin lightening report?

I have major skin discolorations and I want to get rid of them, and have more even skin tone.|||yea i%26#039;ve heard of it. I think it works on a few people. It%26#039;s some australian company. I can%26#039;t recall the name but you can search it on google. There was a report on this 3 year old girl who got burned badly by an explosion. At the age of 9, she went to this program and they kind of did this paint type of thing on her that stays on her permanently and she actually looks like a person now. They did it on a former model who had skin problems. It worked on her too.
