What body washes leave your skin smelling good long after the shower?

I have found that most body washes fade and you can%26#039;t smell them after a couple minutes of being out of the shower. Do you know of any that keep their scent for a while?|||bath and body works is amazing!

i personally love:

sun-ripened raspberry

night blooming jasmine (leaves your skin really soft)

rice flower and shea

white cherry blossom

midnight pomegranate

i%26#039;ve found that they usually stay for a while. not the strength of perfume, but still there.|||My favorite is Caress Cashmere Luxury ti stays on alllll day and it smells amazing!

How do you get your skin to become silky smooth and flawless?

I don%26#039;t have acne problems or anythink like that, but I want my skin really smooth and all my tiny blemishes gone.|||it%26#039;s quite easy now.. apply benzoyl peroxide (generic name) ointment to affected areas to heal your acne. then, before you sleep, always apply night moisturizer. when you acne heals, continue using facial cream or moisturized and always wash your face before going to bed at night and after waking up in the morning.. eat lots of fruits and vegetables, they%26#039;re a help.. avoid fatty foods...|||You may find this treatment unconventional but it has worked wonders for me and others on Answers(see my B.A.%26#039;s - flawless skin, radiantly healthy skin, etc.). I researched and experimented for a long time and found massaging using safe, essential oils was the most effective treatment to maintain healthiness of skin, rid it of all blemishes and keep it young looking. Oils feed skin essential beneficial nutrients. You will see results even in one day. Don%26#039;t be afraid of thorough massaging. If done right it is only beneficial. There is no pulling or stretching of skin as you have to tighten face muscles in order to tighten or flex skin in the part being massaged and in doing so it exercises and conditions many of face (and some neck) muscles which counteract face aging, whilst skin is being firmed, smoothed and toned by massage. Massage is best done by using a forward and back motion using finger tips and front and sides of fingers. Circular motion is less effective. In a few days skin will visibly tighten, start to glow and look and feel smoother and day by day blemishes will fade. This is the best treatment to promote and maintain, a totally healthy, young looking skin.

Many factors play into your skin, stress, diet, exercise, environment, and genes. Be sure to drink plenty of water. When our bodies are under stress, or we become ill our skin can be a good indicator of what%26#039;s going on inside. Mant times we plaster our faces with chemicals in the name of beauty. This only forces our skin to battle the toxins we have used. You should try going organic with your skin care. Use products like a sugar, or salt scrubs to first remove any dead skin cells, then use a nice toner to get deep into your pores and open them up, then a moisturizer to hydrate. In the evening before bed you should wash, tone and use a serum. Look for products that include ingredients like lavender, chamomile, and hibiscus. Lavender and chamomile are both calming to the skin while hibiscus is a natural astringent. centralparkdragonfly.com has some great organic products. Good luck on the quest for %26quot;perfect%26quot; skin.|||well, you can never get your skin perfect but you can use moustirizing creams to smooth it out and acne crem to get rid of blemishes.

Whats the best way to skin a pheasant?

I know the normal pluck it gut it. But is there a way to cut the skin and pull off the skin and feathers in one?|||check the URL .. here is one way

Lie the bird on its back and pinch the skin and feathers on the highest part of the breast, lifting as you do so. Now push a sharp knife through the skin and feathers between your fingers and the breast, making a small cut. The skin can now be easily pulled back, feathers and all, exposing the breast. Cut the skin from your starting point down to the end of the feathers on both legs, and pull the skin of them as well. You should by now have exposed the entire breast and both legs, which by my reckoning is 90% of the usable flesh on the bird. Take your knife and cut around the tops of both legs. Push them downwards and outwards and the hip bone should be visible. Cut here, and the legs come off. Run the knife as close to the breast-bone as you can on both sides, and slowly fillet out the breasts. You can now throw away the carcass and the feet.

Doing this means that roast pheasant is no longer a possibility, but it%26#039;s so simple and quick that it%26#039;s a small price to pay. Instead, slice the breasts thinly, salt and fry the slices in a little good olive oil and sweet sherry. Let the sherry caramelize on the slices, and the dish is done. The legs must be casseroled; I do them with Dijon mustard.|||Yes, this is recommended if the bird has been badly shot up or you just can%26#039;t be bothered to pluck it.

Slit the skin at the breastbone, insert your finger and just work the skin off the flesh. You may have to pluck a few feathers off first to make a space.

The bird will taste better if you casserole it as without the skin, roasting could make it too dry.

Cook it in red wine - Very nice.|||Yes you can. I knew a butcher who would only skin and not pluck and have seen this done.

Cut lower parts of legs away, then cut the wings away at the shoulder .Draw entrails from pheasant was well pat dry with kitchen paper. Then wrap in streaky bacon %26amp; roast , it will remain moist %26amp; very tasty|||you cant, after plucking you should cut the legs off and gut, as with chicken you dont skin it you cook it in its skin|||I%26#039;m not a pheasant plucker, I%26#039;m a pheasant plucker%26#039;s wife and when we pluck together its a pheasant plucking life.|||Mr Mills offers you a good technique in his answer, but I would add that if you%26#039;re going to skin the bird prior to cooking, it%26#039;s going to be very, very dry, so it would be best to smother-fry it in a sauce, or even stew it.|||poor bird. i bet his mum is looking for him.|||It isn%26#039;t something I have tried, but I don%26#039;t think so.

How do I make my skin lighter with natural ways?

I have naturally medium-toned skin, but ever since summer started I became really dark. How do I reverse the process?|||Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen! I recommend sunscreen with at least a SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 40 and with protection against BOTH UVA AND UVB rays, shield yourself with an umbrella on really hot days. In people of colour, the skin automatically produces melanin ( pigmenting agent ) when the skin is exposed to UVA / UVB rays hense darkening. Also scrub your face with a good exfoliator, I use regular bicarbonate of soda from my local TESCO (about 50p), it%26#039;s natural and extremely affordable and THE BEST SCRUB I HAVE EVER USED!, you should see my before and after pictures...Though it is a cooking agent, the fine crystals (on a damp face) gently remove the dead skin cells and %26quot;polish%26quot; the skin hense displaying the lighter underlaying skin and giving you the smoothest face ever! trust me on this one! Remember, the lips have to stay moisturised also but avoid moisturisers with %26quot;PABA%26quot; as this ingredient encourages pigmentation. Good luck!|||sunscreen, and at night apply a mixture made out of honey and lemon, this will lighten your skin. Only apply the mixture every other night, and always wear a good sunblock I use 70 spf by nutragena it cost about 8 dollars.|||wear a high spf sunblock of 50 or greater that blocks both uva and uvb rays if you stay out of the sun alot make sure your eating enough berries to get the vitamin D your not getting from sun exposure

but beware if you have sensitive skin these creams can cause irrataion so do a test spot on yourself first|||I have skin exactly like that and when i%26#039;m in the sun i look alot darker the soulution is to wear water proof make-up of a lighter tone of urs that u want on there but before that u would have to put on sunscreen.|||I would try to avoid sun light while using coco butter,... the coco butter lotion gets deep in the skin and destroys old skin cell and creates new ones. thats y pregant women use it on strech marks. lol.....but ya, its cheap.|||Use a tanner, but get a lighter color it might work. And they%26#039;re good for sensitive skin. Clinique is really good for sensitive skin too, you should look into it.|||LONG ANSWER...TRYING TO COVER ALL I KNOW ABOUT ACNE/SPOT PROBLEMS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE...SO HOPEFULLY THERE%26#039;LL BE SOMETHING HERE TO HELP!!!

I%26#039;m 35 and I still get spots/pimple clusters from time to time and even when they go, they leave reddish marks for ages and my skin looks blotchy.

I use clean and clear or neutrogena clear skin - both contain salicylic acid which prevents breakouts and gradually evens the skin tone out too.

Any female with spots I%26#039;d recommend trying dianette or yasmin contraceptive pills because if it%26#039;s hormonal, that can sort out the kind of hormonal pimples you might get monthly!

Also I%26#039;d recommend taking a 100% multi vitamin/mineral complex and Omega 369 oils every day because that ensures you%26#039;re getting the right nutrition and also, the omega oils improve blood flow.

Also...keep your hydration right by drinking plenty of water, avoiding caffeine and alcohol and too much salt!

Another suggestion is the scrub you can get called %26#039;resurface%26#039; or something like that - made by L%26#039;oreal. You only use it a couple of times a week (and use at night because it makes your face red!). It really works not just with the colouring but also the texture - smoothes it back out. It comes with it%26#039;s own moisturiser which I don%26#039;t use but I use the scrub at night a couple of times a week and put bio oil on which it supposed to help clear scarring and even skin tone.

And my final suggestion is %26#039;sheer cover%26#039; mineral foundation. You see it on infomercials a lot...tacky I know! But it really works. You can buy it on eBay too so it%26#039;s easy for you to get some to try it out. You use the tiniest amount but because it doesn%26#039;t settle into enlarged pores and it contains minerals that reflect light, it disguises any kind of %26#039;scarring%26#039; and also it stops you getting spots because it doesn%26#039;t block pores. The minerals in it reflect light a bit too which acts as a kind of concealer. It%26#039;s hard to explain but it%26#039;s fantastic. Just make sure not to use too much - and apply with a kabuki brush starting from the outside and working in so you don%26#039;t end up with an over made up nose!

I know people say make up%26#039;s a no no - but because this doesn%26#039;t block pores and has the added effect of stopping you touching your face too much, I think it%26#039;s good. You can wear it on its own too and as long as you apply it minimally, it covers but doesn%26#039;t look like you%26#039;ve got make up on.

Good luck with it hun XX

PS - if you can get them, clean %26amp; clear do these blotting paper things - in the uk I find I have to order them in from Hong Kong or somewhere cos they stopped doing them here - but they%26#039;re good. And if your face gets really greasy, just blot with a tissue if you can%26#039;t find those. What is the hottest temperature skin can handle before it burns?

It%26#039;s difficult to put an exact temperature at which water will cause physical damage. Above about 60oC water becomes uncomfortably hot, and you will want to remove your hand (or foot or whatever) from it quite quickly, but it will not cause any medium term damage. At the boiling point, 100oC, water will scald quickly, producing the usual large blisters. Even then, it%26#039;s rarely fatal except for cases of extensive scalding or for very young or very old people. However, it is painful and can cause scarring.

Most domestic boilers contain internal controls to prevent the production of water at a temperature which could be dangerous, apart from the control on the front of the boiler which allows you to set the water temperature for the central heating. If these are not functioning correctly I%26#039;d suggest you get a (Corgi) engineer in fairly promptly.|||Hmm, I think that is left up to experiment considering some of us have thicker skin than others.

I would strongly recommend that you don%26#039;t experiment however.

It also depends on the source of the heat.|||Around 120 F.|||160 celcius

How do you make your skin soft and glowing without buying somthing stupid and expensive?
