How can I improve my skin and hair after long illness has left it looking dull and lifeless?

I need to restore tone and condition and prefer natural remedies.

I seem to have aged about 30 years in the last 6 months and I%26#039;d like to take at least some of those years off.|||Buy some natural oils, like Coconut, Rosehip %26amp; Sweet Almond.

You will apply the coconut oil to your hair.

Warm it in the microwave first and then comb it through your hair, then apply some cling film over your hair to prevent it from making your clothes oily.

Wait about 1 hour at least before washing it off in the shower, it may take 2 or 3 shampoos! Make sure its all out otherwise your hair will appear greasy.

Coconut oil does wonders for the condition and health of your hair and you will find it makes it much easier to style afterwards.

Apply this perhaps every 2 weeks for best results.

For your skin, i recommend rubbing rosehp oil into your face, and spend a good amount of time massaging it in,apply daily. It inproves the condition of your skin, fades scars and evens the tone. Rosehip is one of the key ingediants in alot of very expensive face creams and oils.

Then massage sweet almond oil into your body (or get someone else too!) this will soften and condition your skin and make it glow. Apply every day after your shower.

Feel free to research the benefits of using the oils and then make your own decisions.|||Eat really healthfully. All natural foods. No chemicals. Avoid anything in boxes or cans. Stick for fresh, organic foods.

For your skin, make sure to exfoliate 1-3 times a week. No more than that. After you exfoliate, use a brightening mask. You can find them at Sephora, or Sephora.com.

For your hair, Biotin is shown to help hair growth. My mom took it after she had Cancer, and it helped her hair growth. But it makes the hair on the rest of your body grow, too. Haha. Vitamins really help. And try not to use any heat on your hair. Also, using a glaze on your hair can help give it shine, and make it look healthy.|||boots n places do pills to taje to rejuvinate skin hair nails etc.. but natural? dont know just eat well and go into health shop im sure they have loads of stuff.. for quick results go get your hair dyed and thickened and get a bottle of johnsons gradual fake tan for a subtle skin colour lift to make u glow and look healthy|||Eat more avocados and put a little olive oil in fresh salads. These are a healthy way to restore healthy oils to your skin and hair. Hair is made from keratin which is a type of protein so tuna is good too.|||Face: Neutrogena Mask -- 5 min per day, u%26#039;ll shine
