What is the saggy skin or fat my kitten has when he's upright or walking?

My kitten, who is male and about 6 months old, has a fatty sack or skin sack hanging down from his belly when he walks or is upright. What is this? Is it just fat? Or is it extra skin he hasn%26#039;t grown into yet? If it%26#039;s something serious I will take him to the vet ASAP!|||THat is typical for any cat. Watch your cat jump, if they jump from item to item they stretch their body out, aka their skin strestches, so that is natural it give their body the ability to move the way it needs to. Completely normal. And by the way you should have him neutered if you haven%26#039;t yet, he can start spraying your house anytime so have those jewels taken off to prevent this bad stinky habit.|||Males and females both often get the %26quot;abdominal apron%26quot; of extra skin hanging down. I%26#039;m guessing this is what you%26#039;re referring to. Usually it is seen on cats that are or were overweight, but is also seen on cats of healthy weights. Neutering won%26#039;t help with this. Hard to know for sure if this is what you are talking about without seeing it, but if you want to be sure he%26#039;s okay you should have the vet check him out.|||take him to vet ASAP for neutering, or that fat will be the least of your worries.

it is common on females that have nursed, the skin stretches i guess. on a male it is probably just fat, but, check with vet.|||fat
