What are those red skin eruptions that are small and look like tiny raspberrys?

Im a 45 yr old female and through the years Ive had these tiny little raspberry colored dots on my chest area. Ive noticed lately that they stick out more and some have grown a little bit. They used to be on my chest only but now Im noticing tiny specks on my arms too.|||Be strong. May God be with you.
