How to tighten loose skin after pregnancy?

My daughter is now 15 months old. I%26#039;ve lost most of my weight (i wouldn%26#039;t mind lose about 15 more pounds) but i still have sagging skin on my breasts and stomach. How can I tone it back up? It%26#039;s not that bad but i want it to be gone. Surgery is out of the question.|||excersise

crunches, push up, jogging..etc pretty much any excersise gets you toned up just dont eat fried food or much soda

water and vegetables and fruits not much meat.

work out at least 30 minutes for 3 times a week.

hope i helped%26lt;3

gooood luck!

-jade. (:|||Really if you didn%26#039;t use skin/stretch creams the only way to look as good as you did before is to fill the saggy skin with muscle. Or perhaps you gained too much unneeded body fat during pregnancy and now your just stuck with a bigger amount of skin. Either way filling it with muscle is your best bet. Get workin%26#039;.

also women who have their babies over the age of 30 tend to be stuck with more permanent leftover skin.|||my sister just had a baby as well.

she works out a lot.

sit ups and push ups help.

running.

she also uses cocoa butter

and this other lotion by the same people that make the cocoa butter lotion..

its a skin tightening lotion for after pregnancy and weight loss

she seems to like it

i know she got it from wal mart

but im sure theres tons of other lotions that you can find that will help tighten your skin...

good luck and congrats!|||i have this problem too... and i think the only thing that can take saggy skin away is surgery. other than that you will have to depend on time to tighten it back up.

but there are some topical creams and stuff out there that might work... i dont know too much about them, though.|||my Doctor told me there is no way to tighten the sagging skin unless you have surgery. But I have found by losing weight and walking several miles a day i have lost alot of the sagging skin and am toning up.|||I think thats hot.

Try ab workouts.

Don%26#039;t believe any of those infomercials.

99% of the time they%26#039;re not effective.

Buy a medicine ball and a stability ball and your good to go.|||go to the gym and get a personal trainer. they dont cost all that much and some gyms have kids club so u dont have to worry bout them. or if u dont have the time push ups should do it!|||In Malaysia, mothers eat %26#039;jamu%26#039;, a blend of traditional herbs and roots. It is believed to tighten loose skin.|||I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can%26#039;t. it%26#039;s all about plastic surgery if you want to get rid of it|||do about an hour of cardio each day, and about an hour of ab exercises.|||do exercises and walk or run it will tighten up be patient|||safety pins and rubber bands. works every time|||pushups
