Would toner wreck your skin if used at a young age? What age should you start?

Im 14, and Im planning on using a toner for the first time (Nivea Visage Moisturizing Toner). Im wondering if Im too young to use it, and if I should wait. At what age should you start using a toner?|||NO! It%26#039;s just glorified water. It cleanses and moisterizes your skin. make sure it is ALCOHOL FREE t hough. Nivea visage should be great for your skin.|||absolutly not too young toners are great for all ages and will leave your skin young and glowing for when you will be older!|||I don%26#039;t think it matters what age you start.
