I want clear and brighter skin, what foods should i eat?
I dont want acne, blemishes, or my skin to go drak/dull, what food should i not eat?|||Usually spicy %26amp; high fat contained food makes excess deposition in adipose tissue that causes of acne, a habbit of less intake of liquids causes dry and dull skin complexion.Another cause is direct sunlight make skin dark.
balance diet which contains protein, menirals, and normal quantity of fats and Fresh fruits, salad can be leave your skin fresh, shiny and very important for good health.
Try a glass of Apple milk shake before breakfast and avoide cofee as u can.|||coffee n specially tea if taken in excess can cause bad effect on skin(usually tea more than twice in a day)
drinking lots of water does help keep ur skin healthy (about 3 lrts)
try salad specially vegetable salad at least once in a day
now specially in summer have friuts like watermelon and orange,lime juices....
whenever u feel ur skin has turned oily use face wash n not soap
this will help definitely|||listen ....90% health and beauty prob. occur becoz of bad food habite
no need any medicine or therapy to cure this ...follow natural laws
1. do regular physical workout
2. drink at least 6-7 liter water
3. avoide foods made from sugar,oil and white flour (wheat flour without fiber)
4. eat a lot of fruit and vegitable
do it for 15 days ...and see the result and then make it regular if works|||alright here it goes....
avoid oily food stuffs,
avoid spicy foods ,
keep ur stomach clean,
eat more fruits.
