What would make the skin from your palms to be flake and really dry?

Several things! The most likely is that you have dermatitis - you%26#039;ve had a reaction to something you%26#039;ve touched. If you have to wash your hands a lot, or do a job where your hands get wet a lot, you may have dead skin on your hands. If you wear gloves a lot you may have a fungal infection. If you have eczema, it does sometimes go on your palms. Talk to a pharmacist about it - a heavy-duty moisturiser and/or barrier cream will help with dry or cracked hands, a mild corticosteroid cream will help with dermatitis, and an antifungal cream will help with fungal infections.|||Working with your hands A LOT and having to wash them A LOT ,I%26#039;ve been there.Put Vaseline on them and get some gloves to cover your hands when you sleep. It will get better, but probably will never, permanently, go away.
