Skin??????

Okay my upper arm has like these lil bumps. They%26#039;re like not pimples, they don%26#039;t hurt, or itch. Its just annoying cuz everyone else has smooth arms but mine aren%26#039;t. loation don%26#039;t really help. how can i get rid of them?|||I have had the same thing! What has worked best for me is scrubbing really hard in the shower, then as soon as I get out, apply a good moisturizer or lotion.. there will still be some bumps but skin will feel amazingly smooth!! Good Luck!!|||this is called chicken skin, or keratosis pilaris. you can%26#039;t eliminate it, nor is there anything to fix it. The best thing to minimize it is to scrub your skin, make sure you exfoliate well, moisturize well. keep the skin soft. Perhaps use a tinted moistureizer to minimize the redness?

keratosis pilaris is most common on back of arms (above elbows), top of thighs (above knee) and buttocks. Good luck!

Oh, don%26#039;t squeeze it, yes you%26#039;ll get some white stuff, but it can scar the skin and it does no go. it won%26#039;t go away.

cheers!|||I%26#039;m pretty sure i saw a video on this, (i have the same bumps by the way) and i%26#039;m pretty sure u just need to exfoliate, like get a body wash with beads in it or a tough-exfoliant brush and wash ur arms with it in the shower.

If that doesn%26#039;t get rid of them/ help them, then i would go to the doctor and see if they can just perscribe you a cream for it! GOod luck!|||go see a doctor, thats the only way you can ever find out what they are, it can be anything for all we know.|||Omg. Same with me. Ill be checking for your answers%26lt;3|||It%26#039;s called prickly heat.
