Yeah, Exercise your mind. Mind over matter. Physical Exercise isn%26#039;t always the answer. It won%26#039;t fix everything. Try Yoga. It bloody works well.|||Jergens Natural Glow i have used it and it works really good if you apply it every day|||Avoid food that are high on the glycemic index i.e White bread, sugar, pasta, white rice. These breakdown to sugar and degrade your collagen leaving your skin with less elasticity and with a dull complexion. cut out these high GI foods and eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, fish and whole grains. Combine this diet with excercise so you could sweat out all your toxins and you will definately have glowing skin

Drink you recommended amount of water (8 glasses of 8 Fl. Oz of water!) to keep your skin oxygenated

I know its hard, but its worth it. Good luck!|||Exercise, no smoking, good diet (you need a balance of everything, even tomatoes) plenty of water, and no make up and a good cleansing routine.|||Uranium-238|||Cleanse, disinfect and moisturise your face Morning and Evening religiously. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil. If you have a acne issues disinfect with Benzoyl Peroxide at 2.5% strength. Moisturise in the evening with non-clogging moisturiser like Olay and Moisturise in the morning with SPF15 (perhaps with some mica in it to give you that glow you want. My fave is Becca). Never ever go to bed without cleansing and moisturising. Never use those cheap mud masks you find at the drugstore. In fact never use masks altogether. Drink plenty of water and get lots of fresh air. Take vitamin supplements with Vitamin A and Zinc. Curl you lashes and neaten the brows, it brightens up the eyes and therefore your face. Use clear lipgloss. Finally, smile!|||well if you want a nice clean glowing skin you should swet!

sudocrem and tea tree oil: for spots

ps scrub up with exfoliating products but dont use it too much or you%26#039;ll take away all your skin barriers.|||Have a healthy diet (including tomatoes - full of all sorts of vitamins), drink plenty of water, exercise, and most of all, shower reguarly! If you must get that perfect tan, remember to use a sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher to avoid sunburns and skin cancer when you get old. Or use a tanning lotion, to avoid all of those risks. Be healthy and your skin will love you!|||Nuclear waste gives my skin a nice glow but the side effects are brutal|||Hello!

My best advice is to drink tons of water, eat lots of veg (including tomato!!!!), exfoliate every day for three days then every other day for the next four and do some exercise. Even just walking daily will help, the fresh air will do your complexion wonders. Try not to eat any salty foods and use a good moisturiser.

If this doesn%26#039;t work then buy a glowing cream and mix it with your moisturiser or foundation. If you are on a budget then Tesco do a fantastic one which gives your skin a really nice glowy colour. If you can stretch to about 拢20 then Benefit do a glow cream called %26#039;Hollywood glow%26#039; and it looks fab. The Body Shop also do a couple and they have them in a few different shades so you can choose one which suits your skn tone.

Good luck!!

xx
