How come my skin feels all sticky after coming out of the pool?

I noticed that after I come out of a pool, after my skin dries it feels all sticky. Why is that so?|||It%26#039;s the chemicals in the water. You will feel way better if you rinse off when you get out. I also like to take a spray on oil to re-hydrate your skin right when you get out. I hope this helps!|||people peeing in the pool
